You can serve it yummy cold or warm!! Rafferty's Garden premium baby food pouches are microwavable. Another way to serve warm is to stand the pack in a jug of hot water. Open pouch before microwaving.
To serve, simply squeeze into a bowl or straight into a spoon.
Rafferty's Garden Cereals:
Mix 3 tablespoons of dry cereal with 3 tablespoons of water. You can add water for desired consistency if required. You can add to the nutritional value of this cereal by preparing it with breastmilk or made up a formula.
Microwave procedure: Heat liquid of your choice in medium (50%) power for 15-30 seconds. Mix thoroughly with cereal to even out temperature.
Note: An adult should always check the temperature before serving to baby!
